Here's how to keep your bagels fresh...
If you are going to eat them as soon as you get them, you do not have to do anything but enjoy them!
Most people who want the great taste of a real Brooklyn bagel to last a while are going to freeze them.
Our suggestion for freezing them is to:
1) Slice them first
2) Wrap them in saran wrap. If you do not have saran wrap. a zip-lock bag is fine, but get as much air out as possible.

When you are ready to eat them:
Just pop them out of the freezer and into a toaster to your desired crunch and enjoy!

Because we want your bagel experience to be authentic as possible, bagels are shipped over night to give you that freshness you deserve.
Shipping prices are per dozen. If you order 13 bagels shipping prices of 2 dozen bagels will apply. So you might as well order 2 dozen.
